Jhessica R. McElrath has a solution focused mindset with her background in mental health she strives to be intentional in all that she does. She holds a master’s degree from Walden University in Psychology. Jhessica believes that doing whatever it takes is the only thing that works. That’s what led her to the world of non-profit which she has excelled in this space for over seven years. Jhessica has led organizations to positively impact Black and brown people around the core belief that we all deserve the opportunity to thrive.
