Kim is a non-profit executive and attorney with experience supporting clients in the healthcare and social sectors with proven expertise in setting a corporate vision, managing capital campaigns, leveraging cross-functional diverse teams and influencing change with internal and external stakeholders. For over 25 years, she successfully started, expanded, managed, and led organizations from reactionary, surface change orientation to vision-based, systemic-change oriented, direct-action organizations strategically implementing programs, policies and strategies to achieve measurable impact. Kim is an awarded leader who led Georgia’s oldest and largest leading non-profit family service agency and re-engineered and increased funding for the Southeast’s largest AIDS services organization.
